Terms for using KOB Tech Tools.

Using KOB Tech Tools means agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and KOB Tech, LLC (“KOB Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of KOB Tech Tools, kobtechtools.com, and related services.

By accessing or using KOB Tech Tools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to enter into these Terms.

You may use KOB Tech Tools only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

KOB Tech Tools is a general-purpose utility service and is not directed to children under 13.

KOB Tech Tools provides digital utilities and related features.

KOB Tech Tools may provide utilities for documents, PDFs, images, text, passwords, security, development, networking, calculations, conversions, productivity, and other digital tasks.

Some tools may be free. Others may require a one-time purchase, subscription, account, or other paid access. Features, limits, supported file types, pricing, and availability may vary by tool.

Different tools may process data in different ways.

KOB Tech Tools is designed to process data locally on your device whenever practical. A tool may be identified as local-browser, local-desktop, temporary-server, or another clearly described processing mode.

When a tool is labeled Local, its primary tool-content processing is intended to occur on your device rather than through KOB Tech systems.

If a tool requires temporary server-side processing, additional information may be displayed before you submit content. Your use of that tool is subject to the processing disclosure shown for that tool.

Some features may require an account.

You may be required to create or use an account for purchases, subscriptions, licenses, premium features, saved preferences, or other account-based functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it. You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.

Paid access may be offered as a one-time purchase or subscription.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase provides access to the purchased tool or toolkit without a recurring subscription, subject to the product terms presented at purchase and continued availability of that product or service.

A one-time purchase does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that a website, application, tool, or service will remain available indefinitely.

Subscriptions

Subscription products, such as KOB Tools Pro, provide access to features or products included in the applicable plan while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, specialized tools with unusual third-party licensing or infrastructure costs may be excluded from an all-access plan.

Subscription charges recur until canceled.

Paid transactions may be processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. By purchasing a paid product, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the amount displayed at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. The price and billing interval shown at checkout control your purchase.

If you cancel a subscription, cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at purchase, access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Taxes, if applicable, may be added or handled according to the payment provider and applicable law.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law.

Unless a specific product, checkout page, or written policy states otherwise, purchases are subject to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase and any rights required by applicable law.

Use KOB Tech Tools lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use KOB Tech Tools to:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person.
• Access, alter, process, or distribute data you do not have permission to use.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads into the service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, scan, or test systems without authorization.
• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or degrade the service or infrastructure.
• Use automated methods to scrape, abuse, or consume the service in a manner that harms availability.
• Use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, exploitation, or other harmful conduct.
• Reverse engineer protected service components except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

You remain responsible for the content you choose to process.

You retain any rights you already have in files, text, images, data, and other content you submit to or process with KOB Tech Tools.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content with the service. KOB Tech does not grant you rights in content owned by other parties.

For local-processing tools, KOB Tech does not need a license to your content merely to perform the operation because the content is intended to remain on your device.

For a tool that requires temporary server processing, you grant KOB Tech and its applicable service providers only the limited permission reasonably necessary to receive, process, transmit, and return the content for the requested operation.

KOB Tech Tools and its original components belong to KOB Tech, LLC.

KOB Tech Tools, including its branding, site design, original software, tool interfaces, documentation, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to KOB Tech, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership of KOB Tech intellectual property to you.

Open-source libraries and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Some parts of the service rely on third-party providers.

KOB Tech Tools may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, transactional email, analytics, or other operational functions. These providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. KOB Tech does not control third-party content, products, or services and is not responsible for their independent operation.

Our Privacy Policy describes key service providers used to operate KOB Tech Tools.

Tools and features may change over time.

We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue tools, features, pricing models, limits, supported formats, or other parts of the service.

We may also perform maintenance, address security issues, respond to legal requirements, or make changes needed to operate the service safely and reliably.

We do not guarantee that every tool, feature, website, application, or service will remain available indefinitely.

KOB Tech Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOB Tech Tools is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that every result will be error-free, complete, compatible with every file or device, uninterrupted, secure against every possible threat, or suitable for a particular legal, financial, medical, compliance, archival, or professional purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for maintaining appropriate backups of important files and data.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOB Tech, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of KOB Tech, LLC for claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to KOB Tech Tools for the applicable service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You are responsible for misuse of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KOB Tech, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Access may be suspended when necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or paid feature when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, repeated violations of these Terms, or conduct that materially harms the service or other users.

You may stop using KOB Tech Tools at any time. Subscription cancellation is subject to the billing terms applicable to your subscription.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves.

We may revise these Terms to reflect new products, pricing models, service providers, legal requirements, or changes to how KOB Tech Tools operates.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
